Deployment

The Easysoft ODBC-Derby Driver uses the Distributed Relational Database Architecture (DRDA) data transfer protocol to communicate with the Derby Network Server.

The Easysoft ODBC-Derby Driver enables local or remote ODBC applications to access Derby databases.

The Easysoft ODBC-Derby Driver does not use the Derby JDBC driver. If you want to connect ODBC applications to Derby by using the Derby JDBC driver, use the Easysoft ODBC-JDBC Gateway instead.
