Why do I get error "API_DISABLED_FOR_ORG:API is not enabled for this Organization or Partner"?

The Easysoft Salesforce ODBC driver uses the Salesforce Web Services API to connect to Salesforce. By default, the Salesforce Enterprise Level Subscription is the only edition that includes this API. For other Salesforce editions, you need to contact Salesforce for Web Services API access.
