esoobserver.exe?esoobserver.exe is the program name of the Easysoft ODBC-ODBC Bridge server for Windows.
The ODBC-ODBC Bridge client uses the ODBC-ODBC Bridge server to connect to an ODBC driver on a remote machine. On Windows, the ODBC-ODBC Bridge server is installed as a service on the machine where the ODBC driver is installed. The ODBC-ODBC Bridge server (esoobserver.exe) needs to be running to allow the ODBC-ODBC Bridge client to connect to the target Windows ODBC driver.
