Why does make test in DBD::ODBC return 09multi errors containing "Data mismatch, result set 1" when using the ODBC-ODBC Bridge?

This is bug ID 1338 (refer to the ODBC-ODBC Bridge change log). Install the ODBC-ODBC Bridge 1.0.0.38 or later. Install both the client and the server (that is, both product components most be version 1.0.0.38 or later).
