How can I turn off the JDBC-ODBC Bridge's web server?

There are two ways to do this:

1. In Web Administrator > Configuration, turn off the HTTP_Server option. Restart the Easysoft JDBC-ODBC Bridge server.
2. Subtract 2 from the value of the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Easysoft JDBC-ODBC Bridge\Configuration\System\Settings\Flags registry subkey.
