Why do I get the error "Not enough attributes for connection" since upgrading the ODBC-ODBC Bridge?

We changed the Easysoft ODBC-ODBC Bridge 1.0.0.27 to require the LogonUser and LogonAuth attributes (refer to the Changes.txt file entry dated 4-Apr-2001).
